Diana Tommingo

Hello! I'm a military realtor dedicated to assisting home buyers and sellers at Foxhall Village in Washington, DC. With a focus on serving Veterans and Military families relocating to the District of Columbia, I offer valuable insights into neighborhoods.

On June 15, 2022, the VA introduced updated guidelines for the VA Loan Benefit. Leveraging my expertise as a seasoned military realtor, I'm here to help navigate you through the ins and outs of buying a home under these new rules. If you need support with a VA Assumption, I've got the experience to make the process smooth sailing for you.

My priority is delivering exceptional service, regardless of the sales price, to all service members. I have a deep understanding of neighborhoods ideal for military families and excel at finding homes that match both your budget and lifestyle. I understand the importance of meeting PCS deadlines and BAH rates.

My husband, a retired Major (U. S. Marine Corps) and the Director of the Mayor's Office of Veterans Affairs for the District of Columbia (2019-2023), brings a wealth of knowledge to my work. I am proud to work with members of the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, and Coast Guard. My real estate services include:

Living in Foxhall Village

Ward 3, NW Quadrant.

Foxhall Village is an affluent historic district in Washington, DC. Between Palisades and Georgetown, Foxhall has easy access to Downtown DC and the surrounding Maryland and Virginia suburbs. Kids living in Foxhall attend Francis Scott Key Elementary School, which has served the area since 1928. Key is one of the highest-ranked elementary schools in the District. Foxhall is also home to private schools, including Our Lady of Victory, the Lab School, and the lower and middle schools of Georgetown Day School.

Constructed between 1925 and 1935, the houses tend to be Tudor Revival-style emulating an English village. Since there are only about 350 homes in Foxhall, the inventory of homes for sale is relatively low. Besides families, Foxhall is a popular place to live for World Bank employees, diplomats, and graduate students from Georgetown University.
