As your exclusive broker, I will guide you through the home purchase experience by providing the following services:

Pre-Approval process

Before we begin touring homes, the first step is to get pre-approved for a loan to confirm your buying capability. I'll facilitate this process by connecting you with a local lender. The lender will review your credit score and request essential documents, such as tax returns, pay stubs, and bank statements. Based on this information, the lender will identify the loan program that best suits your needs and determine the amount you can borrow.


Searching for Homes

After you've been pre-approved, I'll begin searching for homes for sale that meet your criteria. You'll receive MLS listings via email, showcasing properties that match your preferences. Once you've identified your favorite homes, I'll arrange private tours for you to see them in person. It's ideal to provide a 24-hour notice for viewing properties, particularly if the property is currently occupied. For clients who are not local, I can also conduct virtual tours, such as Facetime Video or Whatsapp Video, ensuring you have the opportunity to view and evaluate properties from wherever you are.


Purchase Offer

When you're prepared to make an offer, I'll request that your lender prepares a good faith estimate and updates your pre-approval letter, if necessary. This estimate will outline your monthly mortgage payment and the cash amount required for closing. We'll discuss key elements of the offer, including your earnest deposit check and contingencies such as the home inspection and appraisal. As your Realtor, I'm committed to safeguarding your interests and providing valuable advice throughout the process.


Closing the Deal
